摘要
设计了一种电涡流缓速器,对输入的刹车、温度、电压、车速和制动量信号进行处理,进而实现制动力矩的无级智能调节,以达到最佳的制动效果。将其安装在长途大型客车上,通过试验台和整车实地试验,以及实车使用效果跟踪研究,探讨了这种缓速器在大客车上的应用效果。研究结果表明,该无级电涡流缓速器提高了整车的制动性能和使用寿命。
This article designs a new type of electron-vortex retarders,whichcan achieve the intellectualized function such as continual adjustment of brake torque,electronic controlling of temperature and voltage and overload protection.In practicability research and experiment,the electron-vortex retarder is installed in a large bus.The road test and experiment results prove that the electron-vortex retarder improves the braking performance and service time of braking system.
