活性炭负载TiO_2光催化剂对苯酚的催化降解 被引量:6

摘要 制备了经铁改性的活性炭负载TiO2光催化剂,以紫外杀菌灯为光源,通过一定浓度苯酚模拟废水的降解反应,考察TiO2/活性炭复合体催化剂的光催化活性,探讨了催化剂制备中TiO2负载量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间及苯酚溶液初始浓度对光催化反应的影响。结果表明,经铁改性的TiO2/活性炭复合体具有很高的光催化活性,当TiO2负载量为22.7%、焙烧温度为450℃、焙烧时间为120 m in时,制备的催化剂苯酚的最高降解率达90%以上,苯酚溶液初始浓度对光催化反应有较大影响,初始浓度越小越容易降解。 The photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants diluted in water using titanium dioxide(TiO2) is of vital interest.Fe-doped TiO2/AC photocatalyst is prepared.photocatalytic oxidation of aqueous phenol solutions in the presence of UV illuminated has been studied experimentally.The influences of titanium dioxide loading amount,calcination temperature,calcination time and initial concentration of phenol are investigated.The results indicate that the optimum conditions are titanium dioxide loading amount 22.7wt%,calcination temperature 450 ℃,calcination time 120 min.The photo degradation efficiency was 90% under the optimum conditions in 240 min.Initial concentration of phenol has great effects on photocatalytic reactions.The smaller initial concentration of phenol is,the more easily degradable.
