摘要
在模试装置上,研究了料浆法浓缩二次氨中和生产磷酸二铵(DAP)的管式反应器结构特性,建立了该反应器的液相返混参数Pe表达式和气膜体积传质系数kGa的计算式。由此设计的管式反应器在3万t/a料浆法磷铵装置上生产DAP,经72h运行考核,生产稳定可靠,达到了预定目标。
A study is made on the model test scale of the design features of the pipe reactor for
the production of diammonium phosphate(DAP) by secondary ammonia neutration of
concentrated slurry in the slurry process, and the expression for the back mixing parameter Pe
of the liquid in the reactor and the formula for the calculation of the gas film mass transfer
coefficient K Ga in terms of volume are established. On these bases a pipe reactor is designed
and used in a unit of 30 000 t/a of ammonium phosphate by the slurry process to produce DAP.
After a check out of 72 h, it is found that the operation is stable and reliable, and the expected
objective is reached.
