摘要
对X80管线钢的各种组织形态进行了归纳和总结,探讨了有效晶粒对X80钢级管线钢韧性指标的影响,利用EBSD研究了管线钢中第二相的分布和与强韧性的关系,利用原位电镜技术研究了该钢级管线钢的断裂机理.
In this paper,the kinds of microstructure morphology of X80 pipeline steel are summarized,the relationship of effective grain size are studied,and the relationship between it and CVN are probed;the quantity and distrubution of second phase in X80 pipeline steel are studied,also its relationship with strength and toughness are discussed.By in-situ SEM,the fracture mechanism of X80 pipeline steel are detailed in this paper too.
