基于产权视角的医药制造业FDI溢出效应研究

Study on the Spillover Effects of FDI in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Base on Property Rights

针对不同产权制度下医药制造业FDI溢出效率存在差异这一问题,利用2001～2006年不同省份医药制造业面板数据,先建立动态面板数据模型,然后采用广义矩估计对模型参数进行估计,并对估计结果进行了验证。实证结果表明:FDI对不同所有制医药制造企业均存在负溢出效应,在考察技术差距以及技术差距与吸引外资的关系时,发现不同所有制企业存在较大的差别。

In this article,the spillover effects of foreign direct investment（FDI） in Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has been studied which was based on property rights perspective.We collected the pharmaceutical manufacturing economical statistics in different provinces from 2001 to 2006.First of all,we established a dynamic panel model to measure spillover effects of FDI.Secondly the model was estimated by using the generalized method of moments（GMM） estimation,and the results were also checked.The result of empirical analysis shows that there are negative spillover effects of FDI within different forms of ownership pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises.Technology gap in different ownership enterprises as well as the relationship between technology gap and foreign investment were also checked and found there were significant differences.
