摘要
在总结已有研究成果的基础上,通过对调查问卷的分析,获得企业研发团队绩效评价的相关数据。根据结构方程的相关原理设计绩效评价的测量模型,运用AMOS7.0统计分析软件对评价体系进行分析,并在以上研究的基础上设计了企业研发团队绩效评价体系,对各级指标设定了权重和评价标准。
Based on related research results and the analysis of questionnaires,this paper obtains relevant data of RD team performance evaluation.According to the relevant principles of design of structural equation measurement model of performance evaluation,this paper uses AMOS 7.0 statistical analysis software to conduct evaluation system analysis.Finally,RD team performance evaluation system is designed.
