工业噪声对某电子厂作业工人听力连续性检查结果分析

Analysis of the continuous inspection result of industrial noise on hearing loss rate of electronics workers

目的:探讨工业噪声对电子厂作业工人听力损伤率的连续性影响。方法:选择某电子厂2007～2009年540名噪声作业工人进行连续3年的听力检查,比较不同年份的听力损伤率和不同工龄组的工人听力损伤情况。结果:随着接触噪声时间的增加,听力损伤率逐年增加,2007年为25.00%,2008年为30.19%,2009年为35.19%,2009年的听力损伤率与2007相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01);听力损伤率随工龄的增加而增高,工龄>10年和工龄<10年有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:工业噪声对电子厂作业工人听力损伤率具有连续性的影响,听力损伤率与接触噪声工龄呈正相关。建议采取一、二级相结合的预防综合措施。

Objective：To observe the continuous monitoring result of industrial noise on hearing loss rate of electronics workers.Methods：540 noise workers of the electronics factory who checked up three years consecutive listening were chosen from 2007 to 2009 and compared hearing loss rate in different years and in different working age.Results：As contact noise time increasing,hearing loss rate of workers increased year by year,there were 25.00%,30.19%,35.19% in 2007,2008,2009.In 2009,the hearing loss rate were significant difference compared with 2007（P0.01）.Hearing loss rate increased with the increase of working age,Working age10 years and working age10 years had obvious difference（P0.01）.Conclusion：There are continuous influence of industrial noise on hearing loss rate of electronics workers.Hearing loss rate is positively correlated with contact noise working age.We suggest to taked comprehensive precautions against action.
