西酞普兰与阿米替林对2型糖尿病伴抑郁患者血糖影响的对照研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:比较西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗2型糖尿病伴抑郁患者的疗效及对血糖的影响。方法:将60例2型糖尿病伴抑郁患者随机分为两组,分别给予西酞普兰和阿米替林治疗8周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD,24项)评定疗效。测定血糖,采用放射免疫法测定皮质醇水平。结果:治疗8周后,西酞普兰组显效率70%,总有效率93.33%;阿米替林组分别为63.33%和83.33%,两组疗效比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。西酞普兰组血糖、皮质醇水平较阿米替林组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:西酞普兰对改善2型糖尿病伴抑郁患者的症状疗效显著,并且能控制血糖水平。 Objective:We aim to compare the efficacy and impact on blood sugar of citalopram and amitriptyline in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with depression.Methods:60 patients with type 2 diabetes and depression were randomly divided into two groups and were given citalopram and amitriptyline in the treatment of 8 weeks,using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD,24 items) evaluated.Glucose,with cortisol levels measured by radioimmunoassay.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,effective rate citalopram group that were 70%,total effective rate was 93.33%;amitriptyline group were 63.33% and 83.33%,no significant difference between two groups(P〉 0.05).However,the levels of blood glucose and cortisol of citalopram group were significantly decrease than those of amitriptyline group(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Citalopram could improve the depressive symptoms in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and could control blood glucose levels to some degree.
