心理护理对酒依赖者住院态度及依从性的影响

Effect of psychology nursing on the hospitalized patient's attitude,compliance and the period of treatment who relied on the alcohol

目的:探讨心理护理对酒依赖者的住院态度、依从性及住院时间的影响。方法:将66例酒依赖住院治疗者随机分为两组,对照组32例,维持苯二氮艹卓类药物及一般支持治疗,研究组34例,在对照组基础上给予个性化心理护理。于入院时和出院时分别进行自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)以及住院治疗依从性评定。结果:出院时研究组ITAQ评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。依从性研究组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对酒依赖住院治疗者开展个性化心理护理,可有效改善酒依赖者住院治疗期间的治疗态度和依从性,并缩短住院时间。

Objective：Discuss the effect of psychology nursing on the hospitalized patient＇s attitude, compliance and the period of treatment who relied on the alcohol. Methods：Separate the sixty six hospitalized patients who relied on the alcohol into two groups by random, the comparison group maintains the treatment by benzodiazepines and the oral sustain treatment （32 cases）, the research group adds the individuation psychology nursing （34 cases）. Make out the insight and therapy attitude questionnaire （ITAQ） and assess the compliance during the patient is in hospital both on coming and leaving the hospital. Results： When the patient leave the hospital, the ITAQ grade of the research group was higher than the comparison group notability （P〈0.01 ） and the compliance of the research group was better than the comparison group （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Individuation psychology nursing for the patient who relied on the alcohol during he is in hospital improved the hospitalized patient＇s attitude, compliance who relied on the aleohol, and also can shorten the period of treatment.
