摘要
目的:评价精神分裂症合并2型糖尿病患者强化教育的实施效果。方法:对30例精神分裂症合并2型糖尿病患者从入院到出院实施强化教育与指导,制订个体化饮食、运动计划、减肥方案,实施针对性强化教育、心理与行为指导,评价强化教育前后饮食、运动、行为及各项代谢指标的变化。结果:强化教育后显示患者的饮食结构合理、运动增加、焦虑减轻、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、血压等代谢指标有明显改善(P均<0.05)。结论:通过强化教育、控制饮食、坚持运动、减轻体重等途径,使精神分裂症合并2型糖尿病患者的饮食、运动行为、部分代谢指标有明显改善,有良好的短期效果。
Objective : Evaluation of typeⅡ diabetes patients with schizophrenia combined to strengthen the implementation of education effect. Methods:30 cases of type Ⅱdiabetes patients with schizophrenia combined admission to discharge from the implementation of enhanced education and guidance, direction,individual diet, sports plal, slimming plan to carry out the pertinent intervention education, mental and behavior direction, and evaluate the diet and sport before and after education,and change of every metabolizing index. Results:The study showed that particpant's behavioral change on the type two diabetic patients with fatty liver were significantly, improved after education, such as reasonable diet structure, more sports, less anxiety, ( P 〈 0.05 ). Fasting blood - glucose, PBG of 2h and blood pressure were controlled much better( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Type 2 diabetes patients with schizophrenia by combined enhanced education, diet, adhere to exercise, lose weight and other ways to keep patients in diet, exercise, behavior some significant improvement in metabolic parameters with good short - term effects.
