摘要
由于复式水表有双指示装置,且机械式水表检定分辨力很低,传统的检定方法,需要通过增加检定时间的方法来克服被检水表读数引入的不确定度,导致检定效率较低.根据复式水表的结构和原理,建立了基于三时间法的复式水表测量误差检定数学模型,并以此为理论依据,建立了相关参数的测量方法.新方法由于对水表示值进行了整数读数,可将水表读数引入的不确定度降低到忽略不计,提高检定效率.更重要的是新方法引入了时间参数后,解决了在不能满足同步计量条件下的计量检定问题,解决了复式水表测量误差的检定难题.
Due to the double indication mechanism of compound water meter and the lower distinguishable reading value,it has no choice but to add testing time to reduce the measuring uncertainty with traditional method.According to the structure and principle of compound water meter,mathematics model of measuring error is established based on three-time method.According to this model,measuring method of compound water meter is put forward.By means of the new method,testing efficiency is improved through reading the integer value displayed and reducing the uncertainty caused by reading error.Furthermore,the new method is also effective to deal with the testing problem under the condition which can't satisfy the synchronization metrology rule and the difficulty of measuring error of compound water meter with adding time parameters.
