扫洗机行走液压系统响应速度分析

摘要 为了深入研究扫洗机行走液压系统的响应速度,建立了该系统的数学模型,并进行了理论分析。理论分析与AMESim仿真结果表明:系统的响应速度与油液体积模量及进油管的弹性模量成正比,与马达轴上的等效转动惯量及进油管长度成反比。最后,根据工程实际应用,提出了提高系统响应速度的具体措施。 In order to study response speed of hydraulic drive system for scrubber-sweepers deeply,the mathematical model of the system was established and theoretical analyzed.The conclusions of analysis and simulation results in AMESim are drawn that response speed is proportional to bulk modulus of hydraulic oil and young's modulus of in-line,while it is inverse proportional to equivalent rotary inertia of motor drive shaft and the length of in-line.In the end,measures of improving response speed were proposed according to the practical engineering application.
