General structure of grouting control system is briefly introduced.The communication between PLC and PC is expounded in detail.OPC Server is structured based on Simatic NET.OPC Client,human-machine interface,is programmed.The OPC Client has the functions of communication,data collecting,storing,analyzing and processing,and was applied to field control.The practice shows that the OPC Client can accurately and reliably control the grouting system.
