摘要
目前我国工程监理企业在发展过程中存在着管理、人才、收费等方面的问题,通过对我国监理企业发展现状和与工程项目管理不同模式的分析,从与国际接轨、市场的需要、业主的需要、企业提高竞争力的需要等方面,提出了监理企业发展壮大的必由之路是完善工程项目管理,并提出了监理企业向工程项目管理转型的3种模式。
At present Hebei,the problems of management,personnel,fee and other jssues exist in the development process in enter prises of china's engineering supervision,through the development of supervision enterprise and project management with the statusquo and the analysis of different models,from the line with international standards,the market needs,the needs of owners,the needs of enterprises to improve competitive in terms of supervision proposed the only way for enterprises to grow is to take the project management,and proposed project management supervision enterprises transition to the three models.
