会话初始化协议SIP是由IETF(国际互联网标准制定组织)制定的面向Internet会议和电话的信令协议。SIP独立于底层协议,主要用来建立、修改或者中止多媒体会话或者呼叫。论文参考IEFT的SIP、MMUSIC工作组的SDP等与SIP相关的标准和草案,系统分析了实现SIP功能的oSIP协议的实现机制,在此基础上对注册过程、邀请过程进行了深入的研究,设计了SIP的会话注册和邀请过程的框架结构,实现了用户终端注册和邀请的基本功能。

Session Initiation Protocol SIP is a protocol faced conference and telephone signaling established by IETF（internet engineering task force）.SIP in depends on the lower layers.Its basic functions include establishing,modifying,and terminating multimedia sessions and callings.Based on the SIP standards proposed by IETF and standards and drafts relativities to SIP such as the SDP standards proposed by MMUSIC working groups,it systematically analyses the implement mechanisms of oSIP which accomplish the functions of SIP.Then the thesis detailed discusses the designation of SIP-based conversation registration and invitation.
