简述了重芳烃塔(T104)工艺控制优化方案,将T104塔顶的能量平衡控制改为物料平衡控制,从而保证了T104塔顶至歧化反应单元的进料量稳定,使得该塔的操作趋于简便,塔顶C_9芳烃中的C_(10)芳烃含量稳定,延长了歧化反应单元催化剂的使用寿命。
The process control optimization program of heavy aromatics column was summarized. In order to ensure feed rate stability from top of the column to disproportionation section, and to make operation of the column easily, the energy balance control of the column was modified to the control of materials balance. The program of implementing resulted in aromatics content of C10 within C9 of the top to be stabilized, life of catalyst for the disproportionation prolonged.
