It was summarized that the progress of development and reform in engineering construction management system at the author＇s enterprise, the current situation of the management system analyzed, and several reform proposals proposed accordingly. In order to meet long term development of the enterprise and to improve the system, the proposals for the system reform were compared and discussed.
