摘要
针对电机转子试验的传统检测方法所存在的缺点,利用具有网络技术的亚当模块ADAM-5000/TCP进行数据通信,并结合相应的传感器、变送器等信号采集处理硬件,组成硬件系统,并利用美国国家仪器公司(NI)的虚拟仪器Lab-VIEW对系统上位机人机界面监测系统软件进行开发,研制出一个基于虚拟仪器的转子试验实时监测系统,实现了对电机试验多种工况量实时监测,完成了阻抗试验和温升试验.该系统投运结果表明,试验系统运行可靠,稳定地实现实时试验监测,达到了规定的设计性能指标和其它要求.
Against the defects of the traditional method of detecting for rotor test,the paper used Adam module ADAM-5000/TCP to realize data communications,combined with the corresponding sensors,transmitters and other signal acquisition and processing hardware to create the hardware system,and used the U.S.NI′s LabVIEW virtual instrument to develop human-machine interface for monitoring system software.It developed a real-time monitoring system of rotor test based on virtual instrument.It has the real-time monitoring of every operating point for motor test,impedance test and temperature-rise test.The results that the system put into operation show that the pilot system runs reliably and stably,and achieves the required performance and design requirements.
