摘要
从酿酒葡萄(Vitis vinifera L.)和番荔枝(Annona squamosa L.)中分离并鉴定两株植物内生来源的虫草属真菌和一株拟青霉,并就已知昆虫、块菌来源的虫草属真菌ITS分子序列建立了在不同宿主体内的虫草属真菌系统发育树,重现了其物种在协同进化历程中在不同宿主体内发育的现象.发现虫草属真菌在进化过程中除了昆虫与块菌外可能还经由植物的"宿主跳跃"环节.
Most species of the genus Cordyceps sp.are endoparasitic or endophytic fungi of insects and other arthropods.Up to now it was guessed that the interkingdom host jumping is only possible from Animalia to Fungi.Two endophytic Cordyceps sp.and one Paecilomyces sp.were isolated from Vitis vinifera L.and the pharmazeutical plant Annona squamosa L.and then identified.The phylogenetic relationship of Cordyceps sp.,originating from different hosts,was found based on the ITS sequences from insects,truffles and plants.The result reflects the phenomenon that Cordyceps sp.co-evolves in different hosts.During the process of its evolution Cordyceps sp.could be observed "host jumping" among insects,truffles and plants as well.
