研究了快速镍电刷镀工艺对镀层质量的影响。刷镀电压是工艺中最重要的参数，镀层的表面组织形貌、表面质量、结合力、硬度与应力分布状态都与电压有密切的关系。另外，镀液温度。
Abstract The effects of technological parameters on deposit quality were investigated. It
was shown that the deposit quality, such as surface structure, adhesion, microhardness and
distribution of interior stress, was closely related to the plating voltage applied. The effects of bath
temperautre and the deeration of plating were discussed.
