摘要
采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、金相显微镜、显微硬度计研究了电沉积NiWP合金的组织结构与性能。结果表明,用本工艺可以得到三元合金NiWP的非晶态镀层,镀层的高温耐蚀性优良;经过不同温度热处理后,镀层结构以非晶态→混晶态→结晶态的顺序变化;随着结构的变化。
Abstract The structure and performance of Ni W P alloy electrodeposit were studied by XRD,
SEM, OM and microhardness testings. The results showed that the amorphous trinary Ni W P
alloy deposit could be obtained by the technique used. By heat treating at different temperature,
the structure of the deposit changed in sequence of amorphous state mixed state crystalline state.
The corrosion resistance of the deposit changed accordingly with the structure.
