摘要
采用稳态阳极极化曲线法研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在含Cl-及HCO-3体系中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:HCO-3对不锈钢孔蚀的抑制作用由其与Cl-的浓度比决定。此浓度比高于临界浓度比时,HCO-3缓蚀作用很显著;低于时HCO-3基本无缓蚀作用。
Abstract The pitting behavior of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless
steel in solutions containing Cl - and HCO - 3 has been studied by the method of potentiodynamic
anodic polarization. The results show that the pitting initiation can be inhibited by HCO - 3. There
is corresponding Critical Ratio with different HCO - 3 concentration [HCO - 3]. For the system in
which / is greater than the Critical Ratio , the inhibitive action of HCO - 3 is very obvious. When /
is lower than the Critical Ratio , HCO - 3 has no inhibition action.
