妇科腹腔镜手术严重并发症的相关因素分析

Study on the Serious Complications and Their Risk Factors of Laparoscopy of Gynecology

目的:探讨妇科腹腔镜手术严重并发症及其相关因素。方法:回顾分析江西省妇幼保健院11693例腹腔镜手术发生的严重并发症。结果:11 693例妇科腹腔镜手术发生严重并发症47例(0.40%),其中27例需开腹处理。肠管损伤7例,膀胱损伤11例,输尿管损伤5例,腹腔内大出血6例,盆腔脓肿18例。结论:腹腔镜手术并发症与手术难度有关,提高手术技巧、正确掌握手术指征及中转开腹的时机是减少严重并发症和提高手术质量的关键。

Objective：To study the serious complications of laparoscopic surgeries and its related risk factors.Methods： Retrospective analysis of 11 693 cases of laparoscopic surgery in recent 6 years at the Jiangxi Women′s and Children′s Hospital was done.Results： In 11 693 cases,serious complications occurred in 47 cases（0.40%）,27cases needed surgical treatment.Of which,7 were injury of bowel,11 were injury of bladder,5 were injury of ureteral,6 were hemorrhage of intra-abdominal,18 were pelvic abscess.Conclusions： Complications of gynecologic laparoscopy seems related to advanced procedures.In order to reduce the serious complications and improve the quality of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery,the surgery indications and the time of conversion should be selected correctly,procedures should be operated carefully.
