异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉用于经口双气囊小肠镜检查

摘要 目的:观察气管插管下异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉用于经口双气囊小肠镜检查的可行性。方法:行小肠镜检查的患者53例,常规麻醉诱导气管插管后行机械通气,以异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼维持麻醉,观察检查过程中患者的呼吸维持情况、血流动力学变化以及术后的恢复情况。结果:所有患者检查过程中都维持了良好的通气,血流动力学平稳,术中无躁动。术后30min所有患者清醒程度均好。结论:气管插管下异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼静脉全麻是无痛经口小肠镜检查理想的麻醉方式。 Objective:To valuate the anesthesia of propofol combined with ruimifentanil in tracheal intubation for double-balloon endoscopy.Methods: A total of 53 patients with suspected small bowel disease were scheduled for oral double-balloon video endoscopy.All patients were under the anesthesia of propofol-ruimifentanil plus tracheal intubation.Systolic blood pressure(SBP)、diastolic blood pressure(DBP) and heart rate(HR) were recorded before examination and their maxmum and minimum in operatinon.Ventilation and recover of patients were also observed.Results: No hypoxia and agitation happened during operation and the chang of hemodynamics were slight.All patients recovered well in 30 minutes after operation.Conclusions: The anesthesia of propofol-ruimifentanil plus tracheal intubation could be used in double-balloon endoscopy satisfactory safely.
