摘要 目的:比较超声龈下洁治和手工龈下刮治治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:32例慢性牙周炎患者随机分为两组,分别使用超声龈下洁治和手工龈下刮治的方法进行龈下刮治和根面平整术,分别在术后1个月和3个月观察两组患者的菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数、牙周袋深度和牙周附着水平等牙周指数的变化。结果:在牙周治疗术后1个月和3个月时,两组患者的菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数、牙周袋深度和牙周附着水平等牙周指数较基线均显著下降(P<0.05),各项牙周指数在两组患者间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:超声龈下洁治和手工龈下刮治一样能够有效地治疗慢性牙周炎。 Objective:To compare the clinical effect of ultrasonic subgingival scaling with hand instrumentation on chronic periodontitis.Methods: Thirty-two patients with chronic periodontitis were enrolled in this clinical study and were divided into two groups randomly.The patients in the study group received ultrasonic subgingival scal ing,whereas the patients in the control group received hand instrumentation.Periodontal indexes including plaque index,gingival bleeding index,probing pocket depth,and clinical attachment level were evaluated at basel ine,l and 3 months.Results: After periodontal treatment,plaque index,gingival bleeding index,probing pocket depth,and cl inicalv attachment level of both groups in 1 month and 3 months decreased significantly compared with baseline(P0.05).There was no significant difference of those periodontal indexes between the two groups in 1 month and 3 months(P0.05).Conclusions: Ultrasonic subgingival scaling is effective on the treatment of chronic periodontitis as well as hand instrumentation.
