等离子喷涂碳化硼涂层的性能研究 被引量:2

Properties of Plasma Sprayed Boron Carbide Coating

摘要 采用等离子喷涂方法制备碳化硼涂层,用X射线衍射鉴定涂层的相组成;测定了涂层的气孔率、气孔分布,涂层的结合强度,涂层的抗热震性能。试验表明,所制的涂层具有较低气孔率(7%),较小的平均气孔径(0.88μm)。 Abstract The composition, porosity, binding strength, heat shock resistance and distribution of pores of the coating were investigated comprehensively. It showed that the plasma sprayed boron carbide coating was low in porosity and small in mean pore size. The coating showed good bonding strength and heat shock resistance.
