Study of Modeling for Re-entrant Manufacturing System Using Continuous Method

摘要 在分析了多重入制造系统的各种建模方法的基础上,讨论了连续模型较其它方法的优势,并建立了针对大规模可重入制造系统的一般性连续模型。其次,针对一般模型不适用于小规模系统的问题,论文引入了重入因子的概念,对一般模型进行修正,从而得到考虑重入程度因素的多重入制造系统的连续模型。最终,通过Mini-Fab案例对所提出的模型进行了有效性验证。 This paper presents a continuum modeling approach for multiple re-entrant manufacturing systems.First,a generic continuous model of large-scale multiple re-entrant manufacturing systems is elaborated.Second,to apply the model into small-scale system,a concept called re-entrant factor is introduced into the model,in which the influences of degree of re-entrant are considered.Finally,the proposed model is validated through the Mini-Fab case study.
