合肥市创新型企业培育现状、问题及对策研究

Study on Status Quo,Problems and Countermeasures of Nurturing Innovative Enterprises in Hefei

企业是创新体系中技术创新的主体,企业创新能力的高低直接影响一个国家的创新水平。合肥市作为首个国家科技创新型试点市,在全国率先开展了创新型企业的培育工作。文章首先阐述了合肥市创新型企业培育的现状,进而提出评价指标体系,对合肥市创新型企业培育计划的实施效果进行跟踪评价,找出培育计划实施过程中存在的不足并提出了对策建议,以期为更好地培育创新型企业提供参考。

Enterprise is the main body of the technological innovation in the innovation system.The level of the innovative ability of enterprises determines a nation＇s innovation level.Hefei,as the first national sci-tech innovative pilot city,takes the lead in carrying out the nurturing plan of innovative enterprises in the country.This paper firstly expounds on the status quo of the nurturing of innovative enterprises in Hefei,and then proposes an evaluation index system for assessing the implementation effect of the nurturing plan so as to find out the defects in the implementation process.And some countermeasures are put forward in the hope of providing reference to the nurturing of innovative enterprises.
