通过分析太阳能产业专利发展的战略思想、战略目标、战略阶段,提出太阳能产业专利战略发展实施方案,即应该营造良好的专利发展的思想意识环境,积极运用专利收买战略与交叉许可战略,逐步构建专利网,建立产业专利联盟,以更好地促进中国太阳能产业的长足发展。

This paper analyzes the strategic thinking,objectives and stages of patent development for Chinese solar energy industry,and then proposes a patent development strategy.Only by creating an ideological environment for patent development,adopting patent buying strategy and licensing strategy,and building up patent network and patent pool,can China＇s solar energy industry be improved considerably.
