摘要 随着高职高专教育的迅猛发展,师资队伍的建设显得日益重要。借鉴新加坡南洋理工学院的师资培训经验,并结合安徽新闻出版学院在基础课教师培养模式方面的探索实践,探讨高职院校如何根据自身的实际条件,抓好基础课教师的培养,逐步提高基础课教师的职业能力。 With the rapid development of higher vocational education,the teachers team construction is becoming increasingly important.Taking the experience of teachers training of NYP as an example,and based on the practice of Anhui Vocational Institute of Publishing in this field,this paper deals with the cultivation of teachers of basic courses in higher vocational institutes and further improvement of their occupational competency according to their specialties.
