摘要
从分析职业认同的含义出发,阐述职业认同对高校院系行政人员职业发展的重要意义,分析影响院系行政人员职业认同的主要因素,进而提出增强其职业认同感的对策和建议,以此激励行政管理人员为学校的发展多做贡献,同时更为学校长远发展打下坚实的人才基础。
Based on the analysis of the connotation of professional identity,this paper discusses its importance to the professional development of the administrative staff in universities.The major factors influencing professional identity of the administrative staff in universities are also discussed and some strategies and suggestions are put forward to inspire the administrative staff and to lay a sound foundation for further staff development in universities.
