中国环颈雉A-FABP基因多态性及其与肌内脂肪含量的关联分析

Phasianus colchicus A-FABP Gene Polymorphism and Relationship with Intramuscular Fat Content in Association Analysis

根据鸡A-FABP序列设计2对引物,利用PCR-SSCP技术对中国环颈雉A-FABP基因部分序列进行多态性分析,并研究序列多态性与肌内脂肪含量的关系。结果表明,不同基因型间肌内脂肪含量差异显著(P<0.05)。由此推测,中国环颈雉A-FABP基因对肌内脂肪含量有一定影响,可能为影响鸡脂肪代谢的主效基因或与主效基因相连锁,但是是否影响肌内脂肪的沉积,还需要进一步研究。

According to the chicken A-FABP sequence of two pairs of primers, using PCR-SSCP technique, part of pheasant A-FABP gene sequence polymorphisms was analyzed, and the sequence polymorphism and the relationship between intramuscular fat content were studied. The results showed that：after SSCP detection, the intramuscular fat content in different genotypes was significantly different （ P〈 0.05 ）. The results suggested that the Phasianus colchicus A-FABP gene on intramuscular fat content have a certain influence, may affect the main effect of chicken fat metabolism genes or gene in the line with the main effects, but it would not affect intramuscular fat deposition, but also further study is needed.
