蛹虫草液体培养基的优化试验研究

摘要 本试验对蛹虫草液体培养基进行优化研究。通过碳源、氮源单因素对比试验,筛选出蛹虫草液体培养基最佳碳源为蔗糖,其次为麦芽糖;最佳氮源为酵母膏,其次为蛋白胨。通过正交试验筛选出蛹虫草液体培养基最佳配方为:蔗糖3%、酵母膏3%、KH2PO4 0.1%、MgSO4 0.15%。该研究为蛹虫草液体培养提供理论依据。 This text were optimized the liquid medium of Cordyceps militaris. Through carbon,nitrogen single-factor comparing experiment:sucrose was selected as the best carbon source for Militaris liquid medium, malt sugar comes next, yeast extract as the best nitrogen source, peptone comes next. The best liquid medium of Cordyceps militaris were selected by orthogonal test:3 % sucrose,3 % yeast extract,0.1% KH2PO4, 0.15 % of MgSO4. The study provides a theoretical basis for militaris liquid medium.
