摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取海南蜜柚果皮挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对柚皮挥发油成分进行了分析。气相色谱共分离出20余种成分,其质谱经Xcalibur工作站检索与NIST标准质谱图库对照,鉴定了其中8种成分,主要为萜类化合物。
The essential oil of sweet Hainan pomelo peel was extracted using water-steaming method. The chemical composition of the essential oil in pomelo peel was analyzed by GC-MS. Eight components were identified from more than 20 components separated peaks by means of indexing the spectrum storeroom.
