摘要
以猪油为反应底物,进行化学随机酯交换研究。考察了甲醇钠、氢氧化钾/甘油、氢氧化钠/甘油、碳酸钠/甘油、水滑石、阴离子交换树脂、氧化镁/碳酸钠等几种催化剂的催化性能,甲醇钠、氢氧化钾/甘油、氢氧化钠/甘油都能较好地催化酯交换反应。固体催化剂,如强碱阴离子交换树脂、水滑石等未能显示出催化酯交换反应的活性。
Chemical randomized interesterification of lard had been discussed.Sodium methoxide,potassium hydroxide/ glycerol,sodium hydroxide/glycerol,sodium carbonate/glycerol,basic anion exchange resin,MgO/Na2CO3 were used to catalyst interesterification of lard respectively and their catalytic activities were review.In result,hydrotalcites,basic anion exchange resin,MgO/Na2CO3 didn't show the catalytic ability,and sodium methoxide and NaOH/glycerol performed well.
