摘要
根据陕西秦源煤矿工程地质条件,通过建立FLAC3D数值模型,模拟分析了不同宽度的区段煤柱围岩破坏特征和垂直应力分布特征,结果表明:在煤柱承载能力范围内,随着煤柱宽度的减小,应力值逐渐增加,当达到承载能力极限时应力降低,煤柱破坏,失去承载能力。最终确定区段煤柱尺寸为13 m,为该矿后续煤层开采区段煤柱留设尺寸提供了依据。
Based on the engineering geological conditions of Qin Yuan Coal-mining Company,this paper analyzed the stress distributions and the failure characteristic of the surrounding rocks of section coal pillar through FLAC3D establishment mining model.The analysis results showed that in the actual load bearing capacity scope of coal pillar,vertical stress increases gradually with the reduce of coal pillar width when the coal pillar is in ultimate limit state,the coal pillar is damaged and loses carrying capacity.The dimension of section coal pillar is 13m at last.This method provides an important basis to the following coal seam mining in design of width of section coal pillar.
