摘要
利用透射电镜和能谱分析仪对20MnVB钢中的碳氮化物析出相进行了研究。结果表明,该钢中的碳氮化物析出相为面心立方结构的V-Ti复合碳氮化物(TixV1-x)CN。其中V和Ti的浓度比值(Cv/CTi)随析出温度升高而降低。析出相的形貌为球形或方形,随析出温度的升高(860~1070℃),析出相的尺寸增大,数量减少。
The carbonitride precipitate phase of 20MnVB steel has been investigated by means of TEM and EADX.The results show that the precipitate phase in 20MnVB steel is V Ti complex carbonitride (T i x V 1-x )CN which has a fcc structure,and the concentration ratio of V and Ti( C v/ C Ti ) decreases with the increase of precipitation temperature.The morphologies of precipitate phase are spherical and cubic.With the increase of precipitation temperature,the size of precipitate phase particles increases and its amount decreases.
