基于顾客满意度的制造企业生产优化模型研究 被引量:1

摘要 制造企业之间竞争的关键在于如何有效吸引和维系顾客。提高顾客满意度,有利于提高企业在市场中的竞争力。文章在回顾前人研究的基础上,以成本效益原则为前提,综合考虑顾客满意度影响指标与顾客满意度、质量成本之间的关系,建立制造企业多目标生产优化模型。
