摘要
本文首次实现了在吸热式可控气氛多用炉中进行稀土渗碳。结果表明,900℃稀土渗碳可使渗层增加348%,较原工艺(930℃渗碳)渗层增加141%,表层组织、表面硬度及耐磨性优于原工艺。
The carburizing in sealed quench furnace with rare earth were first investigated The results showed that the case layer depths of steel 20CrMnTi carburized at 900℃ and conventionally at 930℃ can be respectively increased by 34 8% and by 14 1%,and the excellent surface microstructure,higher surface microhardness and wear resistance can be obtained while carburizing at 900℃ with rare earth elements
