内陆保税港区外语人才培养模式探索

Talent cultivation models for inland bonded areas

内陆保税区作为新课题已经随着重庆寸滩保税港区的设立而出现,港区工作需要大量的既懂专业、又懂专业外语的复合型人才。但是,内陆地区相对封闭,经济发展相对落后,其外语人才培养模式、方向调整常落后于市场形势的变化。因此,及时调整外语人才培养模式和方向,培养既懂专业、又懂专业外语的复合型人才是内陆地区外语人才培养的一个新任务。

With the appearance of the first inland bonded area in Chongqing, an increasing number of interdisciplinary talents who know not only their profession, but also the professional English. China＇s inland areas, however, are in a way closed and back-ward in economical development. Talent cultivation models and direction adjustment usually lag behind the market tendency. There- fore, it is a new task for universities to adjust the foreign language latent cultivation models for cultivating such interdisciplinary talents.
