零售企业在商品质量、种类和价格上的同质化严重,迫切需要通过零售服务的创新,来产生差异化的竞争优势和增加对顾客的吸引力。
It is a serious problem that retail companies tend to converge in goods quality, type and price. It is urgent for a retail company to have its own service creativeness to achieve different competing superiority and to draw more customers' attention.
