On the Chinese Confucian impact on Japan from The Seventeen-item Constitution

《宪法十七条》是日本最古的一部成文法。该宪法思想的体系是以儒家思想为主,而以佛、道两家思想为辅,文句多取自汉籍,从此我们可以看出中国各种思想对日本产生的重大影响。在本论文中,主要研究《宪法十七条》中所表现出的中国儒家思想的影响。

The Seventeen-item Constitution is the most ancient written law of Japan. The system of its ideas was mainly based on the Confucian ideology and supplemented by the Buddhist and the Taoist ideas with most of the texts quoted from the Han books. All this shows that Chinese ideas have produced a great impact on Japan. This paper mainly studies the Chinese Confucianism reflect- ed in ＂The Seventeen-item Constitution＂ and its impact on Japan.
