生命力全息针刺配合金水宝胶囊治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床观察

Clinical Study on Treatment of Recurrent Oral Ulcer and Effect on T - lymopholyte Subsynecology with the Vitality Holographic Acupuncture and JinShuibao Capsulse

目的探讨生命力全息针刺治疗配合金水宝胶囊对复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法将入选的184例患者随机分为两组，治疗组94例，采用生命力全息针刺及金水宝胶囊口服，对照组90例，单纯口服雷公藤多甙片。观察临床疗效、复发率，比较治疗前后外周血中T细胞亚群CD4^＋、CD8^＋。结果两组在减少疼痛方面差异无显著性（P〉0．05），在减少复发方面，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．01），2组治疗后CD4^＋、CD8^＋／CD4^＋差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论生命力全息针刺及金水宝胶囊口服对复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效明确，复发率低。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of recurrent oral ulcer with the vitality holo-graphic acupuncture and JinShuibao capsules. Methods 184 patients were divided into two groups at random. The treatment group were treated with the vitality holographic acupuncture and JinShuiBbao capsulse, the control group took tripterygium tablets. The T - lymopholyte subsynecology and the function of liver and kidney were detected and compared before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effect and the recurrence rate were compared as well. Results After the treatment, there was no significant differences in terms of pain reduction（P 〉 0.05 ）. The rate of recurrence in the treatment group was lower than the other（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The vitality holographic acupuncture and JinShuibao capsule can adjust the imbalance of Th1/Th2 rations, reduce the rate of recurrence, enhance immunity function and longterm effect.
