经鼻内镜与传统鼻中隔矫正术的临床比较

Clinical Comparison of Nasoseptal Reconstruction with Endoscopic and Traditional Approach

目的比较经鼻内镜下手术与传统鼻中隔成型术的优缺点。方法对100例鼻中隔偏曲患者，随机分为传统鼻中隔黏膜下切除术（A组，45例）和鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术（B组，55例）；对比分析2组疗效。结果2组出血量、术中疼痛、有效率和并发症比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；2组手术时间、粘膜撕裂损伤无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术具有视野清晰、微创、出血量少、安全、疗效好等优点，具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of nasoseptal reconstruction between endoscopic and tradional approach. Methods 100 patients with nasal septum deviation were randomly divided into the traditional submucosal resection of nasal septum group with 45 cases （ group A） and nasal endoscopic septoplasty group with 55 cases （ group B ） , and the effects were compared. Results All patients were followed up 3 months to six months. The blood loss, intraoperative pain, efficiency and complications in group A were highter than that of group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The operative time, mucoumembrance damage had no significant difference in both group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion There are some advantages of septoplasty under nasal endoscope, such as clear visual field, minimally in- vasion,litter hemorrhage, safety and the good therapeutic effect. It is a good method for popularization.
