我国法官选任制度的问题与改革

The Problems and Reform on China's Judge Selection System

我国法官选任制度目前存在任职资格要求不具体、选任机制不科学、选任程序不明确、配套制度不健全等问题。完善法官选任制度应当从确定法官员额、细化任职资格、明确选任方式和程序、建立逐级选拔和系统外选拔制度、落实配套措施等五个方面着手。

There are many problems on China＇s judge selection system,such as uncertain qualification requirement,unscientific selection mechanism,unclear selection procedures,imperfect matching system,and so on. To improve the judge selection system,we should take actions on fixed judge posts,detailed judge qualification,clear selection methods and procedures,step-by-step and ex-system selection system establishment,and supporting measures implement.
