摘要
在分析用户心理模型特点的基础上,针对非洲新兴市场的移动互联网音乐服务原型的特性,提出了用户参与式原型设计的方法与流程。在探索-设计-定案的实践过程中,通过用户评审验证了所用方法的有效性。与传统方法相比,该方法具有挖掘用户的不同需求,直觉操作习惯和视觉偏好的特点,使最终的原型设计符合用户在自然状态下的操作逻辑,满足了用户对服务功能特性和视觉设计的期待,达到了符合用户心理模型的设计效果。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the user mental model,this paper proposed user participated service prototype design method according to the features of the mobile internet music service prototype. The effectiveness of the design method was verified by user evaluation,and the obtained results showed that it had the advantage over the traditional methods in effectively exploring different user needs,intuitive operational logic and visual design preferences,leading to final service prototype design which met users’ operational logic as well as users’ expectation for service features and visual design.
