摘要
调解作为重要的纠纷解决方式之一,具有成本低廉、纠纷解决彻底、便于人际关系的恢复等优点。建立人民调解、行政调解与诉讼调解的制度衔接,实现调解机制的功能互补,将有利于缓解诉讼压力,拓宽公民解决纠纷的渠道,回应社会和谐发展的需求。
Mediation is an important means to settle disputes with low-cost,thoroughness and harmonious relationship between the parties.The establishment of cohesive mechanisms of people,adminisitrive and judicial mediations may ease the lawsuit pressure,open up more channels to solutions and reply to the demand of harmonious development.
