陕西省农村公共产品投资绩效分析

随着农村公共产品投资力度的不断加大,只有清楚掌握投资绩效情况,才能为政府的投资决策提供可靠的依据。农村公共投资的绩效分为经济绩效和社会绩效两方面。以陕西省为例来分析其农村公共产品投资的绩效,得出公共投资与农村经济存在显著正相关,陕西省各类公共产品投资的发展也极大推动了农民的生产生活水平。并给出推动公共产品供给的均等化、增加"软件类"公共产品的投资、创新公共产品供给制度等建议。

With the increasing public investment in rural areas, the clear understanding of investment performance is a good way to supply reliable and reasonable evidence to the government＇ s investing decision. The performance of public investment in rural areas are divided into economic performance and social performance, this paper takes Shannxi Province as an example to analyze the performance of rural public investment, and get a conclusion is that public invest- ment and the rural economy have a significant positive correlation and the public investment greatly improve people＇s liv- ing standard in rural areas. At last, give suggestions such as promoting equalization of public goods supply in urban and rural areas; increasing the ＂software＂ public goods investment; innovating the system of public goods supply.
