摘要
利用IR36//Akihikari/Woaiga三交群体对云南水稻品种窝爱嗄的广亲和性进行了遗传分析.在遮光处理条件下,发现群体内不同个体的小穗育性有着明显的分离,且呈现双峰连续分布.表明在三交群体中,小穗育性由一对主基因控制,并存在其它的微效基因的修饰作用.同时发现,单株小穗育性与稃尖色存在连锁关系,推测在窝爱嗄中可能携带有广亲和基因Sn5.
Genetic analysis of wide compatibility of rice local variety Woaiga from Yunnan province was conducted,based on triple cross population IR36//Akihikari/Woaiga. In the condition of being shaded, the indivdual spikelet fertility segregated obviously,and the continous distribution with two peaks was observed. This suggested that the segregation of spikelet fertility was controlled by one major gene,modified by some minor genes in triple population. The further study on the relation between spikelet fertility and apiculus color indicated the linkage relationship was existed. So we deduce that Woaiga maybe carries the wide compatibility gene S n 5 . The effects of treatment of shading and selection of test variety combinations for analysis of wide compatibility genes were also discussed in this paper.
