摘要
目的:探讨产科弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)的早期诊断和治疗方法。方法:对2005～2007年间诊治的20例产科DIC进行回顾性分析。结果:20例产科DIC均抢救成功。早期诊断、积极治疗原发病、及时去除病因、抗休克、补充血容量、合理使用肝素是成功抢救产科DIC的关键措施。结论:产科DIC救治中,重视原发病的防治,早期诊断,正确规范治疗,可进一步降低该病死亡率。
Objective：To investigate optimal method of early diagnosis and treatment of disseminated intravascular coagulation （DIC） due to obstetric factors.Methods：A retrospective study was carried out in 20 obstetric cases diagnosed with DIC during 2005～2007 in this hospital.Results：20 cases survived with appropriate and prompt treatment.Key steps for DIC of obstetric patients included early diagnosis,successful treatment of primary diseases to eliminate causes,measures of anti-shock and blood or fluid replacement,and proper administration of heparin.Conclusion：To further reduce mortality of DIC of obstetric patients,prevention and treatment of primary diseases should be regarded,and early diagnosis and proper treatments are necessary.
